Q. Where will the shoot take place?

A. Once the session is booked, IMAGY will send a local photographer to the site you specify, (place of business, conference center, park etc). The Photographer will bring a headshot studio to you. The IMAGY production team will work with you to find an empty office, a boardroom, or any other open space that can accommodate the studio setup if you are doing your headshot/s indoors at your place of business. If you choose an individual shoot, you will meet your photographer outside and will utilize the landscape (natural or urban) for your session. 

IMAGY can bring a headshot studio to a corporate event or meeting. The IMAGY team will help you with your preferences and can offer input on where the studio setup will work best in terms of traffic and crowds.

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

 IMAGY is currently practicing social distancing and is abiding by all state and local regulations for safety during the pandemic. Outdoor photoshoots are the most common these days, but we are happy to accommodate your office if there is enough space to keep our artists and your employees safe.

Q. What does IMAGY bring?

A. We bring lights, cameras, stands/reflectors, (backgrounds if you choose a custom session), and lint brushes! We will have everything we need to shoot photos in your space. If we are outdoors, we will have cameras, reflectors, and small fill lights like flash.

 

Q. What are your background options?

A. Our standard backgrounds are white or grey paper. We can source any color for events and large group corporate shots. We do not provide backdrops for individual photo sessions or for small groups. For these, we utilize the environment around your office or the urban or natural setting you meet your photographer.

 

Q. We love our office, can you use that as the background?

A. Absolutely! If your office or an environment outdoors is a part of your corporate identity, we are happy to use it as the background. We will probably have a few extra questions about the space to make sure we come prepared.

 

Q. What is your reschedule policy?

A. If you need to reschedule your session it is not a problem! We require 24 hours for cancellation or a session reschedule and there is no fee for rescheduling within this time frame. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit which will be allocated to our community fund. A “no show” forfeits the deposit as well.

Q. What if I do not like my images?

Not a problem! IMAGY offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you do not like your images, we will be happy to schedule a reshoot. We simply ask that you let us know before you select images for editing. Once the editing process has begun, we cannot schedule a reshoot.

The Photos

Attire

You should dress as though you are going to a client meeting in most cases. This will vary by industry, but in general, you want potential clients to view your photos and feel confident in the way you and your team present yourselves professionally. Some folks prefer a more formal image and others prefer a relaxed look. This can also be created by shooting in an alternative location with a bit more edgy backdrop etc. Your clothing should be presentable, clean, and simple. Logos and loud patterns are distracting so try to stay away from anything that would take the focus away from your likeness.

For events, we do very basic color correction and cropping where needed for the post-event gallery. For company and individual portraits, we include retouching for each subject. We will typically remove blemishes, fly-away hair, and a few wrinkles. We can add advanced washes and tones to photos for an additional fee. We do not believe in up charging for color and light enhancement and basic touch ups of the face. However, we recommend a good plastic surgeon if you want to change your face altogether. 

hair and makeup?

IMAGY will work with local hair and makeup artists who can be booked for your event or office shoot to help your team look their personal best. The make-up and hair team can tame hair, address shiny skin, add a bit of cover-up or make-up, etc. Having the hair and make-up professionally done helps people to feel more confident. Retouching is an amazing tool, but it is ideal to get the best photo possible in-camera.

black and white or color

Everything is shot in color. We convert to black and white during the editing process. Most upgraded packages come with all photos delivered in color as well as black and white. The basic packages only include color in high resolution as well as sized for the web.

video

Yes! We do video profiles, testimonial videos, and how-to videos. Video is an add-on and must be booked in advance. It requires a setup chat or application to determine what is needed as well as what it will cost etc.  

great ideas for trade shows and events

Use IMAGY to create a “give away” from your trade show. Book an IMAGY booth for your next corporate event or tradeshow and give your clients something they can actually use! It is much more earth friendly than giving away another plastic bottle or junky bag. We will print the images at the show and you can have your corporate logo and information added to the image card. Or for the extra green way: Email it to your client and get their information in the process!!

Conferences and Corporate Events

This package is priced per event and requires a consultation in order to customize the experience. IMAGY customizes these events based on time and resources instead of per person.

IMAGY will provide your clients the ability to purchase their own images or you can provide them with image credits for the online gallery. (when you provide the credit, you get to collect the information of the new/prospective client and are able to communicate with folks after your event)

IMAGY can custom design a session to fit the needs of your team. Whether you are a new small company of one person or a large corporation of many. IMAGY can work with you to design and shoot the images you need to represent your company. We can include interiors of your office or corporate center as well as images of your team in a traditional or nontraditional manner.
